Our customisation tool allows you to personalise any item by adding a message or text. You can also add text however you like; as initials, names or a message and in different font sizes or fonts using different characters.
We convert all photos, so that they can be engraved for professional finish. You can upload a photo or image to be personalised on to the glass. Once you've selected your photo to be added, you can then click position this on the product and scale it to your desired size. You can also add more layers – text or images.
We advise you to upload 100% black and white photos, or grayscale images, so that you have a better idea of how the finished image will look. If you have a colourful image and would like to see how it would look first, we can convert these for you and provide a preview.
We say up to three working days production time on personalised gifts, however in some cases this can be next day production. There is a delivery time on top of this, so please contact us if you require your item by a specific date.
We offer express next day delivery at checkout. This means you will receive next day production and next day delivery, so a 48 hours our turnaround from ordering. If you require 24 hour production and delivery then please contact us to confirm this, prior to ordering.
All products are sent our via our royal mail tracked delivery service. Whilst in most cases this is 24 hour delivery, please allow up to 72 hours in some instances.
We offer a range of personalised foil pressed luxury gift boxes as well as gift boxes that are not personalised. You can add these to your gifts on the product pages and each gift arrives packed and ready for gifting.
