All of our items are engraved to order. Production times apply before dispatch and are calculated in working days, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.
Orders placed before the stated cut-off times will enter production the same day.
Orders placed after cut-off times will be processed on the next working day.
During busy periods, production times may increase slightly. Any significant delays will be communicated where possible.
Production time: up to 3 working days (orders placed before 4pm)
Delivery method: Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded
Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 1 to 2 working days
Express Delivery – price shown at checkout
Production time: same working day (orders placed before 12pm)
Delivery method: guaranteed next working day delivery
Express delivery applies to production and delivery within the UK only
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and cannot be guaranteed once the parcel has been dispatched.
We ship internationally from the UK. Delivery times and services vary depending on destination.
For all deliveries outside the UK, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, local taxes, customs charges, or handling fees applied by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or delivery costs and are determined by the local customs authority.
If customs charges are not paid when requested by the courier or customs office, the parcel may be delayed, held, or returned to us. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or non-delivery resulting from unpaid customs charges.
When ordering from outside the UK, you acknowledge and agree that:
Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Couriers or customs authorities may contact the recipient directly to request payment.
Failure to pay required charges may result in the parcel being returned or destroyed.
Original delivery costs are non-refundable in these circumstances.
If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs charges, we may be able to resend the order once it has been received back, subject to additional delivery costs. Personalised items cannot be refunded.
Delivery Addresses
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is complete and accurate.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. Any re-delivery costs arising from address errors will be chargeable.
Personalised Items and Refunds
All personalised items are made to order and are therefore non-refundable once production has started, unless faulty or incorrect due to our error.
Delays caused by couriers, customs processes, or unpaid import charges do not qualify for a refund on personalised goods.
Tracking and Dispatch Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available. Please allow time for tracking information to update after dispatch.
